Infrequently Asked Questions …

Where would we be without questions? And answers!

When you go to the doctor, do you expect him/her to ask you a bunch of questions? Of course!

But, sometimes we shy away from asking the hard questions about our health or exercise habits because we don’t want to think about the answers. On top of that, do we even know what some of the questions are?

Let’s say you or someone you know wants to lose weight and get in better shape. Let’s say you or they have tried before, and not gotten the results they wanted or ended up quitting. But try, try again.

Questions and Answers

What would it be like to have a coach helping with those efforts?

One who asks questions like these:

  • What has gone into the decisions you make about how you normally eat?
  • What would be GOOD about changing some of your habits around diet and exercise?
  • What would be BAD about changing some of your habits around diet and exercise?
  • What is ONE thing you could do to make your eating a little bit better? How long would it take you to do that?

Then your answer comes from within. After all, when you go to the doctor and get asked some questions, you don’t give an answer that you think would fit someone else.

When the answer fits YOU, so does the solution. It’s not One-Size-Fits-All.
